Order Processing

At Tolturic, we are dedicated to getting your products to you as swiftly as possible. All orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding major holidays) after your order is placed. Please be aware that processing times might be longer during peak seasons, sales events, or promotional periods.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

We offer reliable shipping options to ensure your items arrive safely. Delivery times are estimated from the moment your order is shipped, not from the time the order was placed.

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days for domestic orders within the United States.
  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days for domestic orders within the United States (available at an additional cost, calculated at checkout).

Please note that these are estimated delivery times. Actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, adverse weather conditions, or customs processing for international orders.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order, the destination, and the selected shipping method.

  • Free Standard Shipping: We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders within the US totaling over $50 USD.
  • For orders under $50 USD, standard shipping rates will apply and will be clearly displayed and calculated at checkout before you finalize your purchase.
  • Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost, regardless of the order total.

International Shipping

Tolturic proudly offers international shipping to select regions. Currently, we ship to the United States (US) and all member countries of the European Union (EU).

For our international customers, please take note of the following:

  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are imposed once the shipment reaches your country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Tolturic has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
  • Delivery Times: International delivery times can vary significantly due to customs processing, local postal services, and country-specific regulations. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched from our facility, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. This email will include your tracking number(s) and instructions on how to track the status of your package directly through the carrier’s website.

Lost or Damaged Packages
